The Nepal Academy (Nepal Pragya-Pratisthan), under its approved staffing positions, has received approval from the Public Service Commission to fill the following vacant posts through open and internal competitive examinations. - Minimum Educational Qualification:
Passed the Certificate Level with Computer Science from a recognized educational institution, or achieved a minimum grade of D+ in each subject (theoretical and practical) of Grade 11 and 12 in the Secondary Education Examination (S.E.E.) with a CGPA of at least 1.6 or equivalent.
For those without a Computer Science background, they must have passed the
Certificate Level from a recognized educational institution or achieved a
minimum grade of D+ in each subject (theoretical and practical) of Grade 11 and
12 in the Secondary Education Examination (S.E.E.) with a CGPA of at least 1.6
or equivalent. Additionally, they should have completed at least six months of
training in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Database, Adobe Pagemaker,
Graphic Design, Photoshop, Operating System, Email, and Internet from a
training provider registered with an authorized body.

- Applications must be submitted within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice, and applications can be submitted with double fees within 7 days after the deadline.

Examination:
- The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. Detailed information will be published later.
Medium of
Written Examination:
- The medium will be both Nepali and English.
Documents
Required with Application Form:
- A copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, copies of educational qualification certificates obtained from recognized educational institutions by the end of Ashadh 2080, and copies of training certificates (if applicable) must be submitted.
- A valid bank voucher for the exam fee must be submitted, showing payment made to account number 00115315315 at Siddhartha Bank Limited in the name of the Nepal Academy.
- Candidates must sign each copy of the certificates certifying that it is a true copy.
Candidates Applying for Open and Inclusive Positions:
- Candidates must mark (0) in the specified group on the application form and submit the bank voucher showing payment of the specified exam fee.
Salary and Other Benefits:
- Will be as per the existing rules of the Nepal Academy.
Eligibility for
Open Competition:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old by the end of Ashadh 2080 and not exceed 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates by the application deadline.
- However, this age limit does not apply to permanent employees of the Nepal Academy.
Eligibility for Internal Competition:
- Candidates must have completed the minimum service period and educational qualifications as per the Nepal Academy Artist and Employee Service Regulations (Fifth Amendment) 2077, with such service period and qualifications completed by the end of Ashadh 2080.
Age Limit for
Double Fee Applications:
- The age limit for applicants submitting applications with double fees will not be calculated. Candidates who have obtained educational qualifications from foreign institutions must present a certificate from relevant Nepali authorities confirming equivalence.
