Key Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's Finance Department. This includes developing and implementing effective financial and accounting policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires presenting and interpreting financial reports for the management team, board members, shareholders, and government authorities. The role also involves overseeing the preparation of crucial reports, such as NRB reporting, statutory financial statements, budgets, and other financial documents.

Qualifications:

  • CA / ACCA or Master’s Degree from a recognized university, with at least a 2nd division or a minimum CGPA of 2.5.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the audit or banking sector, specifically with Commercial or National Level Development Banks.
